AIDS-i Informatsioon Šveitsis eesmärgiks on jagada infot neile, keda huvitab põhjalik teave HIV-i ja AIDS-i kohta ning suurendada ennetustöö alaseid teadmisi.
CDC on mänginud algusest peale HIV-i epideemia ennetustöös silmapaistvat rolli. AIDS-i Informatsioon Šveitsis on mittetulundusühing (MTÜ), mis on ÜRO Majanduse ja Sotsiaalse Nõukogu juures erilises konsultatiivses staatuses.
